Team Update July 26, 2015

As a part of the recent upgrade, The Five Dollar Funnel has updated their payment processor.

Here are your instructions from Tom Cellie.


Yesterday many of you were issued refunds from Five Dollar Funnel.  Don’t worry you haven’t been kicked out of the program 😉

In an effort to offer the highest quality service in 196 countries we have moved to a new merchant services company.  One that offers better service and increases our scalability (because we are growing).

If you have subscribed using Payza this will not affect you.

To be clear, we have issued you a refund and provided a link for you to re-subscribe.  As always our system cancels your subscription with the merchant once you start earning enough monthly commissions and we advance you from Kickstarter to Leader line automatically so many of you are already advanced and this cut over will not affect you either.

Let me point out that you must have an active subscription to be eligible for commissions so it is important that if you received notification of a refund that you follow the link and re-subscribe.

Also, there is a chance that the notification email from Five Dollar Funnel went into your spam or trash folder but you MAY have got an email notification from Stripe.  No worries all you have to do to resubscribe is go to your back office and hit the subscribe button under the video on page one.

Leaders please notify your teams and share this blog post on your facebook wall.
